Self PT.

PT PT PT.. TRAIN!

Morning went jogging at 7am. Jog from my house to my friend's house at Bukit Panjang (Pending Road). I took around 20minutes to reach there? Is that consider fast or slow ? Hmm.. Went to CCK stadium jog. Ran 2.4km around the stadium. After that to gym. Trained awhile and went Lot1 to have Mac for breakfast.

Had a proper haircut by Crystal. Out of shape by those HTA barbers! Nevermind. I got free haircut outside anyway. Walked from Lot1 to home. Did some home stuffs. OFF TO BATHE! Not sure where am I going later. Maybe to PS awhile. Shall see how at night. Ciaos!
